These Terms govern your use of the OutreachMerge browser extension ("the Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
OutreachMerge is a client-side mail-merge tool for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365. It runs in your browser, signs into your own Microsoft account, and sends personalized email from your own mailbox via the Microsoft Graph API. OutreachMerge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. "Microsoft", "Outlook", "Microsoft 365", and related marks are the property of Microsoft Corporation.
You are solely responsible for the email you send using the Software and for how you use it. This includes, without limitation:
You agree not to use the Software to send spam, malware, phishing, or any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.
The Software offers a free tier with a daily send limit and an optional paid "Pro" subscription that raises limits and unlocks additional features. Pro billing is handled by ExtensionPay (using Stripe). Prices, limits, and features may change; any change applies going forward. You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time through ExtensionPay, and cancellation stops future billing — fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Software relies on Microsoft (sign-in, Graph, mail delivery) and ExtensionPay/Stripe (payments). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any email will be delivered.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTREACHMERGE AND ITS CREATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutreachMerge and its creators from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the Software, including any email you send and any violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the Software at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) survive.
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
